Shipping policy

eclisse accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Arizona via USPS, UPS, and DHL. eclisse ships to all 50 U.S. states.  eclisse follows the standard methods available by USPS, UPS, and DHL. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 - 6 business days from the time the order was placed. Typically, shipping time is between 7-14 days, but we strive to get you your order within a week for U.S residents. If for some reason your order will be delayed, we will email you letting you know. If for some reason you have not received your order, please email hello@eclissebeauty.com with your order number and a message stating the issue.
